 The
TICK-Kit
contains easy to read instructions and a chart for tick identification. Finely
pointed nickel-plated tweezers allow for the correct removal of ticks. The
alcohol vial provides for the safe and immediate disposal of ticks as they are
found, as well as containment for diagnosis if necessary. The Alcohol
swabs will cleanse the bite area.

The TICK-KIT
was developed from a personal need to handle ticks safely where-ever and
whenever exposure to their habitat, during real estate development
projects in the North East U.S., as well as summers on eastern
Long Island, N.Y.
After a near fatal
family experience with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (one of several tick
borne diseases), 50 years ago, we were raised with a strong fear of
ticks, and the importance of proper handling.
Frustrated with the
products appearing on the market (most were poor quality
"gimmicks", but all handled ticks dangerously), our TICK-KIT
was developed in the late 1980s, and after endless requests from family,
